Pan Blackened Spiny Dogfish

Cajun Spice:
4 TBSP Paprika
1 TBSP Salt
1 TSP Garlic
1 TSP Onion
1 TBSP Black Pepper
1 TSP Cayenne Pepper
Heat cast iron skillet to high temperature.
Dissolve the Cajun spice mix in a 1/2 cup oil.
Dip fish in the oil and spice mix then blacken each side about 2 minutes.
