Pan-Seared Wahoo with Summer Succotash

4 8-oz wahoo steaks, deboned
kosher or sea salt and cracked pepper to taste
2 Tbs olive oil
¼ cup butter
2 ears sweet corn, kernels cut off cobs
½ pound fresh okra, cut into ½ in pieces
10-12 grape tomatoes
salt
pepper
fresh chives
Prepare fish:
Heat a heavy pan very hot. Sprinkle fish with salt, pepper and olive oil. Place fish in pan and sear each side for approximately 2 minutes.
Prepare succotash:
Heat a sauté pan. Add butter, corn and okra and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add tomatoes, salt and pepper.
To serve: Place vegetables in center of plates, top with wahoo, garnish with chives
