The Hackney is one of North Carolina's best restaurants for local seafood thanks to N.C. Catch Chef Ambassador Jamie Davis' devotion to sourcing the highest quality fish and shellfish. He teams up with one of his favorite fishers, Ana Shellem of Shell 'em Seafood Co., for an evening of oysters, clams and mussels in an assortment of delightful dishes.
Shellem is among NC Catch volunteer board members. "Her dedication to sourcing and supplying some of the best clams, mussels and oysters is second to none," Davis said.
