We are beaming with pride and gratitude for NC Catch Chef Ambassador Keith Rhodes, who is sharing the delicious message of North Carolina seafood with young people at his new Tackle Box Kitchen inside Restaurant Row dining hall at University of North Carolina-Wilmington. 

For more than 20 years, Keith has been a leader among chefs sourcing seafood harvested by our state's commercial fishing families. Not only that, he works tirelessly to spread the message about the importance of North Carolina's commercial fishing culture. 

Fish sandwiches, shrimp burgers, fish tacos and grilled fish and shrimp bowls are some of what's on the menu at Tackle Box Kitchen. Congratulations Chef and a big thank you! 🥂
