Chef Rhodes, a Wilmington native, owns and operates Catch Restaurant in his home town. In 2011 he was a NC James Beard Semifinalist for Best Chef Southeast, and was voted Wilmington’s best chef for three consecutive years. He appeared on Season 9 of Bravo TV's "Top Chef". His enthusiasm for North Carolina seafood is contagious, and his passion for modern seafood cuisine comes through in every bite.

Rhodes does a great deal of outreach work, including public school visits to teach students about nutrition.
