Fish stew re-do by Chef Vivian Howard


The Chef and The Farmer's Vivian Howard tweaks the classic eastern NC fish stew to make it with shrimp. It is thick with onions, potatoes, poached eggs, and a rich tomato-y, bacon-laced broth.  Yum!
