Register now for the March 10 summit at Carteret Community College in Morehead City, N.C. You'll explore reports on the status of the state's fisheries and seafood industry and learn about trends and opportunities in seafood. If you fish for a living or work in other areas of seafood, check out a session on marketing best practices. During lunch, tour Carteret Community College's Aquaculture Technology center or the culinary school. You'll also discover more about NC Catch's African American in North Carolina Seafood project and hear from top N.C. chefs who work with seafood and commercial fishers.
