Mariner’s Menu is N.C.Sea Grant’s popular online seafood guide featuring hundreds of test recipes, many contributed and tested by North Carolina commercial fishing families.
In 2023, the new Mariner’s Menu video series made it's debut. The series, “Cooking North Carolina Seafood,” launched with three episodes featuring James Beard Award winner Moore, owner of Saltbox Seafood Joint in Durham, N.C.
