Check the website to sign up for a weekly share of delicious local seafood from the waters of Carteret County. When you buy a share of seafood from Walking Fish, now in its 8th year, you are getting the freshest possible seafood and supporting local commercial fishermen at a fair price for all.
There are two delivery sites in Raleigh and one in Durham. This season we are also making available a flexible schedule for those of you who need to adjust deliveries to meet your needs.
Our Fall CSF will include a wide variety of flavorful seafood including flounder, clams, shrimp, oysters and snapper. We also plan to incorporate less commonly utilized species such as sheepshead, black drum, jumping mullet, and blue crabs. On weeks when we offer species such as live hard crabs, you will have an option to receive fish or crabs.
As soon as we find out what the catch of the week will be, an email will be sent out to let you know about your fish, recipes, and information on where, how and who caught your fish.
